Fantasy Spring CyClassics 2018 – at least 6,500 Euro in prizes!
For many cycling enthusiasts the spring is the best period of the cycling season. Classic races such as the Tour of Flanders, Paris-Roubaix and Liège-Bastogne-Liège, keep many cycling fans glued to the screen the entire afternoon.
According to tradition, the classics season starts with the Flemish opening weekend, featuring the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne on 24-02 and 25-02. These two semi-classics also constitute the start of the Fantasy Spring CyClassics 2018.
Just like in 2017, each participant needs to create a team of 20 cyclists that fit within a predetermined budget, which for this edition of the Fantasy Spring CyClassics will amount to 210 million Euros. Every rider received a certain value, for example: Greg van Avermaet costs 40 million, Peter Sagan 35.3 million, Philippe Gilbert 26.2 million and Michal Kwiatkowski 24.8 million. The riders can score points by ending up in the top 20/25/30 of a classic or semi classic. In total fifteen races have been scheduled on the calendar for 2018.
The game will cost 7 euro per team and will start with a guaranteed amount of prizes of 6,500 Euro. The first prize will be 1,000 Euro (151 GC prizes).
Finally you can win with your friends, colleagues and family 140 euro in the sub league classification (50, 35, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 euro).
The Spring CyClassics Game (RtI) 2018 starts on Saturday 24 February 2018 at 11:45 hours CET.
You can choose 28 riders from 7 different groups of which you think are going to win the most points in the Spring CyClassics Game (RtI) 2018.
The game will cost 5.00 euro per team and there will be 5 tickets to win for the End Game of the Road to Innsbruck. One ticket entitles you to make one team in the End Game of the Road to Innsbruck.
The prize pool of the End Game is at least 35,000 euro with a 1st prize of 10,000 euro. All tickets have a value of at least 75 euro!
